Integrate PsyCap language and practices into existing management systems and daily routines; meetings, coaching, and performance reviews. Re-administer the PsyCap Questionnaire (PCQ-24). A clear pre/post analysis showing movement in overall PsyCap and the four sub-capitals. Correlate this data with business metrics (e.g., engagement scores, productivity data) to demonstrate impact.
